This is an example of the power of hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy can be very useful in improving sleep, lowering your anxiety, or even in helping you make the changes you want to see in order to have more of the life you want.
If we were using hypnotherapy to help you change something in your life, we would start with this kind of “initial induction,” but instead of moving into sleep, we would do some mutually agreed upon changed behavior practice in the state of deep restfulness that facilitates learning. I have several techniques that can help you relieve troubling thoughts and images, shore up a behavior change you want to see in your life, or improve your moods. If you were to come into my office we would do a recording, or series of recordings, tailored specifically to you and to the things you want to see improve. You remain in control at all times.
