Now that your thinking brain is back online, remember that your security is not, and has never been, based on external circumstances. Controlling what’s outside of you has never made you resilient. In fact, it keeps you precariously perched in a fragile state of mind, always susceptible to forces outside of your control!
Instead, recognize that whatever comes your way, you will find a way to manage it. You always have.
